Founded in 1985, Haleiwa Main Street DBA North Shore Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)3 non-profit working full time to make the North Shore a better place to live, work, and play.

Our Mission

To promote, maintain, and encourage the historic, cultural, civic, and economic welfare of the North Shore community through research, education, advocacy, and related activities.

Executive Director

Ed KorybskiChamber Executive Director Ed Korybski has worked in community economic development for 20 years.

A former Executive Director of the Honolulu Culture & Arts District Association, Ed managed a Main Street program that contributed to Chinatown’s economic revitalization. He has also worked with YouthBuild USA (Somerville, MA) as a loan fund manager and with the ECDC Microenterprise Group (Arlington, VA) as a microloan officer.

Ed holds an MBA from Babson College, a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, and is a returned Peace Corps Ukraine volunteer.
