Jan 25 2006 Haleiwa, HI ATV Trailer Funds Raised!
The Chamber’s campaign to raise $7000 for a trailer to transport the
Wahiawa Police Station’s three new all terrain vehicles concluded successfully at the end of December. Kalani Fronda, Chamber Chairperson, said “We’re excited that the ATVs will soon be in action on our beaches and other off-road areas helping to deter crime.” A big mahalo goes out to the following donors: James and Kathleen Pahinui, Mokuleia Community Association, RADM Stewart Ring, Bob and Jo Jean Schieve, Sand Sea Vacation Rentals, Geraldine Meade, Ruth Webster, Xcel Wetsuits, the Rainee Barkhorn Charitable Trust (Jack Tyrrell, President), Castle & Cooke Properties, Marianne Abrigo, and Richard & Nancy Lam.
