Chamber Meeting to Address North Shore Crime
The North Shore Chamber of Commerce will hold its quarterly General Membership Meeting on Thursday, April 27th at Haleiwa Joe’s Seafood Grill; sign-in and networking are from 8:00 to 8:30 AM with the meeting starting promptly at 8:30. The speaker will be Sgt Joe Whittaker, Community Relations Officer for the North Shore area. He will speak on what we can do to address the crime in our area, including agricultural theft, Business Watch Program and more. Also on the agenda will be:
•
a review of the most recent Hawaii Tourism Authority’s survey about the North Shore by Pearl Iboshi
•
an update on the water main project along Haleiwa main street by the Board of Water Supply
•
a summary of the key legislation affecting the North Shore by our elected officials.
