Economic revitalization of Waialua is a priority objective in the Waialua Town Master Plan, which intends to create a framework and direction for future initiatives in Waialua by both the public and private sectors. This Plan should provide direction to stimulate the future revitalization and physical redevelopment of Waialua’s town center and surrounding areas, and attract more people, businesses and job opportunities to the Waialua area.
