Vendor Application and Sign Up

Give your business the opportunity to reach almost 60,000 people through a high-energy exposure program for the largest community event on the North Shore!

It is not often in an advertising budget that you can focus your dollars directly to the people that need to hear your message the most.  If you need the attention of the North Shore community, then become a vendor for the biggest community event on the North Shore.

Vendors are encouraged to become a Chamber member to take advantage of the member rate for a booth.  Membership rates are $50 for individuals and $100 for businesses.  Businesses will be listed on the Chamber website (under construction) and in the "North Shore Business Directory" to be published early next year.  Current members only pay $100 for a booth; new individual members pay $150 for a membership and booth; new business members pay $200 for a membership and booth. North Shore Vendor Requirements, Responsibilities and Information

Must have and provide copy of General Excise Tax license
Must pay taxes required by law on sales of goods or services at this fair
Prices should include the excise taxes to be paid by the customer
Priority will be given to the following businesses in selecting vendors (based on a first come, first served basis):
• Known for product or business
• Manufactures, grows or produces product in Haleiwa/ North Shore area (Kaena Point to Laie)
• Provides variety in products
Event Fee:
• Members: $100* per table maximum of 8. Become an individual member for $50 or a business member for $100. Business membership includes listing on the Chamber website, which is currently being updated, listing in the business directory and many more benefits. See membership application.
• Non-members: $200* for 1 table then $100 per table after that for maximum of 8
$25 per electrical outlet
 
Vendors are responsible for:
Booth equipment, and supplies
Staffing
Cash or credit card sales transactions
Area maintenance and cleanup
Decorations and setup
Booth banners and/or signs
Restocking throughout event and abiding by set hours during both days
 
Other Considerations:
Setup: Starting at 8 AM on Saturday
Cleanup: Not prior to 7 PM each day
Deadline to sign up is September 24th.
Deadline to cancel for refund is September 17th.
Minimum hours of operation: 11:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
 
Equipment included in rental fee:
Tent lighting
8-foot table in shared tent
Fire extinguisher
